We accept ALL BMW Financial Services off-lease cars, regardless of where the car was originally leased.
We accept ALL US Bank lease returns, regardless of where the car was originally leased.
We do not accept lease returns from any other bank or lease company.
We do not perform end of lease vehicle inspections or pre-inspections. For the client's protection, all cars must be inspected by a 3rd party inspection service prior to turn-in. Clients can arrange this through BMWFS or US Bank.
Along with the car Clients must bring all spare keys, owner's manuals and other equipment belonging to the car such as Navigation discs or iPod cables when returning the vehicle. Clients need to arrange their own transportation back to their home or office. Generally we can complete the process in less than 15 minutes.
Vehicles must be returned on or before the expiration of their California vehicle registration.
